CREAM CHEESE PANCAKES – LOW CARB & KETO

After months of overindulging, January usually arrives with a slew of guilt and a girdle that's screaming for mercy. Since many of us intercommunicate an occasional carb style to induce their sugar cravings in check and lose those further pounds, i assumed I’d devote on to a number of my favorite low carb recipes – beginning with these delicious low carb cheese pancakes.

CREAM CHEESE PANCAKES – LOW CARB & KETO

These delicious low carb cheese pancakes style like skinny deep-fried cheesecakes! they'll even be created while not sweetener and rolled to form delicious keto wraps!


INGREDIENTS

2 oz cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp sugar substitute (IBIH recommends)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Put all ingredients in a very mixer or remedy. mix till sleek.
  2. Let rest for two minutes therefore the bubbles will settle.
  3. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan lubricated with butter or pam spray.
  4. Cook for two minutes till golden, flip and cook one minute on the opposite aspect.
  5. Repeat with the remainder of the batter.
  6. Serve with sugar free sirup (or any sirup of your choice) and contemporary berries.
