Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Ingredients 2 quarts stock 1/2 pound recent mushrooms, chopped 1 cup finely sliced celery 1 cup sliced carrots 1/2 cup finely sliced onion 1 teaspoon chicken broth granules 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 cup butter, cubed 1/4 cup general flour 1 will (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/2 cup dry wine or further stock 3 cups au gratin wild rice 2 cups cubed au gratin chicken Directions In a giant cooking pan, mix the primary 9 ingredients. wake a boil. cut back heat; cowl and simmer for half-hour.
